At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or any reason other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@unlokjewerly.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If your claim is approved and the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed after the issue has been verified.
